I was so sad to see that Black Cat Weekly is closing its doors, albeit for a very good reason in that its founder is set to enjoy retirement years. However, it was great having so many of my stories published there in the last few years, and I was delighted to finish up with “Gladwyn and the Speckled Band”, best summarized by saying The Swinging Sixties meet Sherlock Holmes! A country mansion, a film crew and a sinister snake pit make a lethal combination when “The Speckled Band” comes from page to stage to screen, especially when there’s theatre royalty in the cast. You can read the story at:  Black Cat Weekly #246

Thank you Black Cat Weekly!
